Creative Hire seamlessly orchestrated a range of challenges in delivering the 2023 Synnex Alliance roadshow. The event offered industry insights and innovations to more than 1,200 delegates across two cities, connecting IT channel partners, business leaders and vendors.

In delivering Synnex Australia’s first in-person show since 2019, Creative Hire faced many overlapping tasks and deadlines. In Melbourne, a tight three-hour bump in and bump-out schedule posed logistical hurdles, while the Sydney event introduced additional bespoke features installed over a more generous timeline.

Creative Hire’s agile team were at the heart of the roadshow’s success, allowing flexibility in adapting to floor plan changes and swift decision making. The floor plan required slight adjustments to ensure maximum impact for each venue and featured a range of exhibitor options and feature areas, positioned around a central catering zone. Creative Hire crafted the four custom 6x6m stands for Google, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard and Asus, all seamlessly installed with precision by the skilled team, demonstrating their capability to handle bespoke requirements.

Feature areas such as the VR Arena and Cloud Hub set the roadshow apart, serving as a beacon for delegates. The Cloud Hub presented six specialised exhibitor pods within its footprint, further contributing to the dynamic atmosphere of the event. Additionally, the 10x9m Main Stage complete with dual screens across the back wall, was strategically designed to sit on top of a platform that fit the designated space perfectly. Registration areas were tailored to each city, with Melbourne featuring venue-supplied walls and Sydney requiring a full setup, including a green wall.


The success of the event hinged on Creative Hire’s demonstrated adaptability, showcased through prompt revisions and the seamless integration of diverse features, custom stands and intricate design elements.

The collaboration between Synnex Alliance and Creative Hire not only met, but exceeded expectations, setting a new standard that perfectly balanced innovation with practical execution. Since the inception of the partnership in 2017 these events have consistently set the benchmark for aesthetics, atmosphere, and overall experience. Widely anticipated by Synnex Alliance’s network, the roadshow has become a hallmark in the industry, showcasing the positive reception of the partnership.
