Misfits Media sought Creative Hire’s expertise to produce the SAP Spend Connect Forum at Doltone House, Sydney.
Spend Connect Forum is a full day in-person experiential event joining a community of leaders to reflect, rethink and build resilience around key areas that are impacting businesses.
Creative Hire were tasked with the challenge of delivering a functional and visually appealing event space that maximised engagement.

Solution
Creative Hire understood the importance of a well-designed event space to captivate and immerse attendees. The team utilised the flexible BeMatrix modular system to construct five partner booths strategically positioned for optimal flow and discovery. Each 3x2m booth featured a reception counter, 42-inch screen, hanging plants and full-height signage panels finished with arm lighting to create a cohesive and inviting environment.
Additionally, Creative Hire designed a custom 9x3m SAP stand using BeMatrix to achieve a symmetrical layout. Bar tables were strategically placed on either side of a reception counter, transforming the space into six small meeting areas for valuable networking opportunities. A striking illuminated SAP branded centrepiece, standing nearly 3.5m tall, intersected the row of small slab tables. Artificial ivy and arm lighting further enhanced the polished brand presence and added to the overall modern design.
Through their comprehensive project management, Creative Hire included custom coffee cart signage, fostering a relaxed atmosphere and contributing to the overall success of the forum.
