Setting the scene from arrival.
Registration
Registration provided the first branded touchpoint for delegates arriving at RSS 2026, creating an impactful welcome and setting the tone for the event ahead.
Creative Hire delivered a clean, functional registration area designed to manage delegate arrivals while bringing the RSS 2026 identity to life through integrated event branding. Blue acrylic panels and LED strip lighting added a distinctive visual edge, creating a strong sense of arrival while connecting the registration area with the feature spaces, exhibition and networking areas beyond.

Content in the spotlight
6m Demo + Speaking Stage.
A dedicated 6m-wide demo and speaking stage provided a central space for live demonstrations, presentations and knowledge sharing throughout the program. Custom steps and a raised staging platform were finished with recessed LED strip lighting, giving the stage a clean, contemporary look that complemented the technology and innovation at the heart of RSS 2026.

Creating a space to connect
6m x 9m Networking Lounge.
A central 6m x 9m networking lounge gave delegates a place to meet, recharge and continue conversations between sessions. Three-metre-high branded towers featuring custom laser-cut acrylic infill panels defined the space, with raised timber flooring, integrated LED strip lighting and screens adding to the overall finish. A mix of relaxed seating, café tables and high bar tables catered to different styles of connection — from quick catch-ups to longer conversations and informal meetings.

A flexible exhibtion floor
Multiple stand formats. One cohesive look.
Across the exhibition, Creative Hire delivered a mix of 6m x 3m, 3m x 3m and 3m x 2m shell scheme booths, accommodating different exhibitor requirements while maintaining a consistent look.
Dedicated poster boards provided space for researchers to present and share their work, bringing another important dimension to the conference and exhibition program. The combination of stand formats, poster displays and feature spaces allowed the exhibition floor to accommodate commercial, academic and networking activity within the one footprint.
A stand out space for Toyota Research Institute
6m x 6m Tailored Stand Design.
For Toyota Research Institute (TRI), Creative Hire delivered a tailored 6m x 6m exhibition stand, providing the global research organisation with a distinctive branded presence within the wider exhibition.
The premium space demonstrated how a tailored exhibitor solution could sit alongside the modular shell scheme offering, giving major exhibitors greater flexibility and presence while maintaining a cohesive overall show floor.

One event. Multiple ways to connect
From live demonstrations and research presentations to networking and exhibiting, RSS 2026 brought
together a diverse program within one cohesive event.
Working with ICMS Australasia, Creative Hire delivered the key build elements across the event – combining custom feature builds, staging, modular exhibition infrastructure, tailored exhibitor solutions and furniture through one coordinated approach.
The result was a flexible, considered build that supported the program, strengthened the event identity and
gave delegates spaces to learn, demonstrate, exhibit and connect.
This was the most well-supported RSS conference I’ve been a part
of as a Sponsor. It’s usually difficult to get in touch with someone or
get an answer to a question. But the Staffing group I worked with this
time round (Isabella Rakers & Mike Plummer) were wonderful and
incredibly helpful. If sponsors can work with staffing groups like this
moving forward, future RSS’s will be roaring successes”
