Challenge
First time exhibitor, Refined Wellness partnered with Creative Hire to deliver an impactful, high-end wellness experience within their 9×3 display that would captivate attendees at the recent AusFitness Expo held at the ICC Sydney.
The challenge was to design a visually striking and functional space that not only showcased Refined Wellness’s brand identity but able to engage and educate attendees on their innovative wellness solutions.

Solution
Creative Hire utilised their beMatrix system for the stand build, presenting a display that combined functionality with striking aesthetics to bring the brand’s vision to life. An impressive 3.5m high curved fascia was built as a focal point, drawing attention to the display from across the exhibition hall and reinforcing Refined Wellness’s premium image. Slimline arm lighting highlighted key areas and essential brand messaging further enhanced the polished look. A raised oak timber floor completed the luxurious feel and shelving was added to house branded collateral providing visitors with easy access to product details.
The space supported an immersive experience while maintaining an open, accessible layout to allow for demonstrations. Refined Wellness’s Sports Infrared Sauna and Zerobody dry float beds were prominently positioned on the stand, encouraging hands-on engagement. Screens displayed visual content to further communicate product benefits, enhancing the overall visitor experience.
Result
The polished display exceeded Refined Wellness’s expectations, providing them a strong debut in the expo environment. Attendees and industry professionals praised the stand’s luxurious feel and functional design, establishing a positive foundation for the brand’s future visibility.
