Setting the scene from arrival.
The grand entrance.
The entry archway established a strong sense of arrival, drawing inspiration from the shape and structure of a home and connecting directly with the Melbourne Home Show identity.
Timber detailing and integrated greenery softened the structure, while prominent overhead signage created a clear visual marker for arriving visitors. Plinth graphics incorporated event information and sponsor branding, with integrated screens adding digital content at the point of entry.

Content in the spotlight.
A dedicated visitor activation.
Creative Hire delivered a dedicated photo opportunity designed to give visitors a place to stop, capture and share their Home Show experience.
The large-scale rectangular structure framed visitors as they stepped inside, with integrated bench seating creating a place to sit, take photos and create content throughout the show. LED strip lighting and Home Show branding strengthened the feature, while greenery across the back wall and flooring connected the activation with its home-inspired setting.

The visitor experience.
A central information source.
Creative Hire delivered the Melbourne Home Show information hub, providing visitors with a clear and accessible place to ask questions, find their way around the show and connect with event staff.
Graphics across the back and side walls highlighted key show categories including appliances, outdoor living, bathrooms, interiors, kitchens, lighting, gardening and home financial services. The open layout made the desk easy to approach, while prominent signage ensured the hub was clearly identifiable across the exhibition floor.

Tailored for exhibitors.
A 6m x 6m stand for Westpac.
The Melbourne Home Show also demonstrated how tailored exhibitor requirements can be supported within the wider event, with Westpac partnering with DisplayWise, Creative Hire’s sister brand, to deliver a custom 6m x 6m stand.
Moving away from a traditional exhibition stand, the design took cues from the home environment, with a house-shaped canopy creating the centrepiece of the space. Timber finishes, green turf flooring and relaxed lounge seating created a welcoming setting, while integrated screens supported Westpac Home services and brand content.
The finished stand provided Westpac with an open, approachable environment designed to support conversations with visitors, while demonstrating the broader stand design and build capability available to exhibitors through the DisplayWise Group.

One event. Multiple touchpoints.
For Exhibitions & Events Australia, Creative Hire’s role extended across the Melbourne Home Show, supporting a range of spaces with different purposes, audiences and requirements.
Working closely with the organiser, Creative Hire translated individual briefs into considered finished spaces, with ongoing communication and ideation helping shape each element from concept through to delivery.
The result was a coordinated approach across the show, giving the organiser an experienced partner able to respond to different requirements as the event took shape.
