Creative Hire proudly built the International Catering Equipment stand at Fine Food Australia 2025, the leading trade-only event where the foodservice, hospitality, and retail industries converge. Held annually, it connects professionals with the latest in food innovation, state-of-the-art equipment, and fresh business ideas.
The challenge was to design and build a stand that could accommodate large-scale catering equipment while enabling live, onsite demonstrations to be easily viewed from all angles throughout the four-day event in Sydney.
The goal was to deliver an immersive, memorable experience that maximised engagement for live demonstrations requiring smart spatial planning, seamless equipment integration, and clear visitor flow.

Solution
Creative Hire designed a 9m x 3m stand for Fine Food Australia, featuring a sleek white raised floor by beMatrix and a 1m x 2m storage area at the right-hand side end. The right-hand side was closed in, with a Flexmirror installed above the demonstration table to allow visitors to view live equipment demonstrations from all angles.
Flexmirror is a cutting-edge, ultra-clear mirror system designed to enhance event, exhibition, and retail spaces with captivating visual effects. Made from a self-supporting aluminium framework, it provides a lightweight and versatile alternative to traditional glass mirrors. Weighing 92% less than a 5mm glass mirror and available in almost any shape or size, it is ideal for event environments, creating an engaging experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Every element of the stand was carefully planned to maximise visibility and visitor engagement, ensuring attendees could comfortably experience all demonstrations and interact with the equipment, even during peak event hours.
