Each stand showcased the brand’s innovation and expertise in the energy sector with refined product displays and immersive engagement experiences.
The challenge lay in seamlessly delivering a full-scale exhibition experience for three distinct brands – each with unique objectives, content and audience engagement needs. Each space needed to drive interaction, showcase innovation, and reinforce the brand’s leadership in Australia’s clean energy sector.

With a proven track record in delivering large-scale events and exhibition builds in leading venues nationwide, Creative Hire’s experienced team expertly navigated the complex requirements of the simultaneous, three high-profile builds.
Creative Hire delivered a 6x6m stand for Hitachi that combined bold branding, a standout entry arch and a back wall display with integrated digital content. A selection of hired elements including some of our most popular repurposed items such as counter and seating area, provided functional and flexible spaces for visitor engagement. The stand also incorporated 3D viewing access from the Melbourne arena, allowing attendees to explore products and solutions in an interactive, immersive way.
Following the success of their 2024 collaboration, the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) & Solar Victoria, engaged Creative Hire to build their dynamic stand for All Energy Australia 2025. The 9x6m space was designed to encourage collaboration and meaningful conversation, featuring semi-private meeting areas, multiple seated discussion zones, and a timber feature wall with dual 65” TVs. Bold overhead rigged banners added presence, while the stand was constructed using Creative Hire’s beMatrix system, ensuring flexibility, durability, and a high-quality finish throughout.
Measuring 6x6m, the VicGrid stand embodied the organisation’s mission to connect communities through
renewable energy innovation. As a new Victorian Government client, VicGrid partnered with Creative Hire to deliver a bright, open design featuring lush greenery, casual seating zones and a central circular display that encouraged collaboration and conversation. Representing the agency responsible for planning and developing the state’s renewable energy infrastructure, the stand served as both an educational hub and a clear statement of VicGrid’s commitment to a sustainable energy future.
