Challenge
Creative Hire delivered the Disrupting Traditions event, Hosted by Family Law Education Network and Co Hosted by Just Fund, the conference called for an environment that reflected its forward-thinking agenda.
Creative Hire was engaged to deliver a polished, elevated space aligned with the progressive direction of the event. The environment needed to make an immediate impact — while maintaining clear flow and a cohesive identity across the entire space.
At the forefront of the experience was a bold entry archway, designed to establish a strong arrival moment for attendees. Featuring an oversized format, striking colour gradient finish, and bespoke counters, the entry helped define the event from the outset while reinforcing the conference branding in a visually engaging way.
Each element played an important role in elevating the attendee experience — guiding entry, anchoring the event space, and ensuring the Disrupting Traditions brand was represented in a way that felt contemporary, credible, and memorable.

Solution
Creative Hire delivered a cohesive suite of custom event build elements at the Disrupting Traditions conference, designed to create a professional, high-impact environment that encouraged connection and real change, in line with the nature of the event.
To support exhibitor presence within the space, Creative Hire also delivered two tailored 6x4m stand builds for FLENA and JustFund. Each stand featured stylised furniture custom timber walling, overhead structures with integrated lighting, branded wall graphics, and mounted TV displays to create a polished and functional activation space.
To bring this vision to life, Creative Hire designed and installed feature areas such as entry archway along with two large-format display stands, helping to establish a clear and impactful visual presence from the moment attendees arrived. These hero elements worked together to frame the event, reinforce branding, and create a sense of occasion that reflected the significance of the conference.
Creative Hire also supplied a range of accessories such as furniture, sinage and lighting elements to ensure each stand balanced visual appeal with usability, creating inviting spaces for conversation, networking, and engagement throughout the event. Built with both presentation and practicality in mind, the overall solution delivered a clean, contemporary event environment that elevated the attendee experience while bringing Disrupting Traditions to life vision to life.
