Creative Hire is proudly recognised as the partner by Pet Projects International to build the amazing attractions at this year’s Cat Lovers Festival 2025. The festival hosts one of the largest cat showcases and pet product markets in Australia.
The challenge was to showcase the unique magic of cats while creating unforgettable experiences for cat lovers across Sydney and Melbourne. With 70 exhibitors and 16 breeders presenting hundreds of brands, the goal was to deliver a cohesive, premium aesthetic across all areas, ensuring seamless functionality for both exhibitors and attendees—all within a tight build and pack-down schedule.
The goal was to create immersive, memorable experiences that packed maximum engagement into just two days per venue.

The Cat Lovers Festival was designed layout to ensure every visitor could explore the key attractions with ease even when provided with a two-day schedule. Each area was strategically planned to offer variety across entertainment, education, and interactive experiences
A major highlight was the WHISKAS® Stage, your go-to destination to learn more cats, featuring engaging talks and the CatKwiz to put your cat knowledge to the test! Nearby, Kitty Corner offered a vibrant space where playful cats and kittens could leap, lounge, and explore purpose-built enclosures designed for fun and enrichment. From adorable cat naps to bursts of feline agility, it was a must-see experience for every cat lover.
Across the venue, 70 unique areas came to life, including key features such as:
Pat-A-Cat sessions for hands-on cuddles with friendly felines
Adoption Zones to meet rescue cats searching for forever homes
16 Breed Showcases featuring expert breeders ready to share insights and advice
Snap a photo with the “I LOVE Cat” 3D lettering
Visitors also had the chance to stop by SASH Ask-A-Vet, where leading specialists from the Small
Animal Specialist Hospital offered one-on-one guidance on everything from nutrition and behaviour to
health and wellbeing.
Every element was designed to maximise visitor engagement, ensuring each interaction felt special and impactful even within the fast-paced, crowded atmosphere of Sydney Showgrounds. Highlighting Creative Hire’s expertise in managing scale, complexity, and speed with precision.
