Imagination for AWS Sydney Summit 2025
Challenge
Creative Hire partnered once again with Imagination to deliver a large-scale, high-impact sponsor show build for the AWS Sydney Summit 2025, hosted at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney.
Now in our third consecutive year delivering the event build for this flagship technology event, the 2025 Summit introduced new sponsorship tiers and elevated design expectations.
The addition of Diamond and Bronze tier stand designs, alongside an increase in the volume of stands — 78 sponsor spaces in total — presented both logistical and creative challenges. The task was to deliver a cohesive, premium aesthetic across all tiers while ensuring seamless functionality for sponsors and attendees within a tight build and pack-down timeframe.

Solution
Creative Hire delivered the complete sponsor event build for AWS Summit 2025, executing a seamless exhibition environment underpinned by a consistent modular system across all sponsorship tiers — from Diamond through to Bronze.
Each stand was constructed using the high-quality Black Maxima Framing System — a modular solution designed for fast, efficient install. The build was enhanced with custom MDF wall flats featuring integrated LED strip lighting, colour-coded acrylic fins, and the trademark AWS steel design features that ensured visual consistency and brand recognition across the show floor. The event also featured several AWS feature zones, with Creative Hire delivering custom framing solutions for key areas including the AWS Builder Lab, AWS Developer Lounge, AWS GameDay, and the AWS Start-up Loft — each built to align with AWS’s broader event design.
In addition to sponsor stands and feature zones, Creative Hire delivered a suite of custom-designed totems. These structures incorporated Black Maxima Framing, front and back printed graphic panels, and full-perimeter integrated LED strip lighting built into the frame interiors, ensuring strong visibility and sleek detailing.
The project was delivered within a tight 4-day bump-in and 1.5-day bump-out, highlighting Creative Hire’s ability to manage scale, complexity, and speed with precision.

The AWS Sydney Summit 2025 sponsor show build was a resounding success and supported meaningful interactions between sponsors and attendees.
