Australian Disability Network for IMPACT 2025
Challenge
Creative Hire partnered with Australian Disability Network and Fetching Events + Communications to deliver IMPACT 2025, an inclusive and high-impact conference celebrating 25 years of the Australian Disability Network (AusDN).
The brief required the transformation of multiple venue spaces across ICC Sydney, including The Gallery, Parkside Ballroom and foyer areas, into a cohesive, accessible and visually engaging event experience.
The challenge was to create a wide range of functional zones, from registration and exhibition to keynote stage, lounge areas and sensory spaces, each designed to enhance accessibility and inspire connection.

Solution
Creative Hire partnered with Australian Disability Network and Fetching Events + Communications to deliver a conference environment that reflected the inclusive values of IMPACT 2025.
The hero AusDN stand featured a lounge-style setup with armchairs, bar stools, and tables, providing a welcoming space for conversation and engagement. Accessories such as brochure holders, arm lighting, and power boards complemented the space, while custom digital fabric and PVC graphics delivered a strong brand presence.
To support a seamless delegate welcome, Creative Hire designed and built registration pods in the foyer, each equipped with lanyard holders, digital PVC signage and discreet power solutions.
Inside the Parkside Ballroom, a flexible stage set was delivered using round tables and lounge seating, supporting a comfortable and collaborative environment for keynotes and panel sessions.
A suite of 3x3m and 2x2m exhibition stands was also installed, with clean branded graphics that aligned with the event’s look and feel. In the pre-function area, a calming Sensory Room was created using thoughtful spatial planning and printed graphics, offering an inclusive space for attendees to recharge.
Every element was purposefully designed to balance accessibility, visual cohesion and function, ensuring the event experience was supportive, impactful, and inspiring.
Result
IMPACT 2025 successfully delivered on its mission to create a more inclusive future, offering a space where ideas could be shared, conversations sparked, and actions taken.
From bold graphics and furnishings to sensory-friendly spaces and sleek registration areas, every detail worked in harmony to elevate the attendee experience.
The result was a standout event celebrating 25 years of impact by the Australian Disability Network, supported by smart, human-centred design at every turn.
