Receptionist/Customer Service Officer
A leader in the exhibitions, events and retail industry, Creative Hire are seeking a Receptionist / Customer Service Officer to join our Sydney office, based in Miranda.
This position is 5 days a week Monday to Friday but certainly flexible on the hours.
Main tasks for this role will be the following:
- Front of house for the business
- Greeting visitors to the premises
- Answering main line and directing enquiries accordingly
- Processing incoming online orders
- Booking couriers and printing labels for deliveries
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Liaising with courier company and other suppliers as needed
- Various other miscellaneous reception duties
Full training will be provided however ability to use a computer effectively is required
