Receptionist/Customer Service Officer

A leader in the exhibitions, events and retail industry, Creative Hire are seeking a Receptionist / Customer Service Officer to join our Sydney office, based in Miranda.

 

This position is 5 days a week Monday to Friday but certainly flexible on the hours.

 

Main tasks for this role will be the following:
  • Front of house for the business
  • Greeting visitors to the premises
  • Answering main line and directing enquiries accordingly
  • Processing incoming online orders
  • Booking couriers and printing labels for deliveries
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Liaising with courier company and other suppliers as needed
  • Various other miscellaneous reception duties

 

Full training will be provided however ability to use a computer effectively is required
