Award Wins Highlight Creative Hire’s Strengths in Large-Scale Event Builds
Within the same week, Creative Hire was named a Finalist for the 2025 Australian Business Events Association (ABEA) Hire Company Team of the Year and awarded NSW Exhibition of the Year at the final Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) Awards for our delivery of Australia Wind Energy 2024 (AuWE).

Excellence in Delivery at Scale
Exceptional event builds are shaped by the people and processes behind them – designers, project managers, production specialists and onsite crews who bring creativity, precision and care to every detail.
These acknowledgements reflect the values that drive our team:
- Service that puts clients first.
- Deep industry knowledge and technical capability.
- Consistent quality delivered at scale.
- Collaboration that supports organisers, exhibitors and agencies alike.
Our NSW Exhibition of the Year win recognises the precision required to deliver a large-scale and complex build for Australia Wind Energy 2024 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). As the leading wind energy event in the APAC region, the show featured over 120 exhibitors and attracted more than 8,000 attendees from 40+ countries. To ensure a successful outcome it was essential for the team to deliver the highest standard of design, execution and innovation. Built using our ClimatePartner-certified beMatrix system-based infrastructure, the exhibition demonstrated the power of smart modular design, operational efficiency and sustainable construction at scale.
Although MEA has now closed its doors as an association, this award remains a meaningful milestone – celebrating the standards we continue to uphold across every Creative Hire build.
“We are grateful to have the best support from the entire Creative Hire team. Your ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes was truly invaluable… your professionalism and helpfulness made a significant positive impression. The Creative Hire team played a crucial role in making our events a resounding success.”
Emma Nguyen, Senior Operations Manager, Leader Associates

Supporting the Industry Through Leadership and Partnership
“Stood above others as ranked by their delivery, consistent professionalism and understanding of our business.”
She also highlighted the role our team played in strengthening their successful bid for ISAKOS Congress 2027, noting the impact of our proactive innovative design concepts and technical insight.
In long-term partnerships and multi city events the value of our work is consistently recognised. As Paul Mathers, Group Festival Director at Pet Projects International, acknowledged, our solutions-based approach and modernised build systems
“immediately elevated the festival experience”, with onsite challenges handled “with respect, care and efficiency.”

A Team Dedicated to Exceptional Event Delivery and Service
Our mission has always been to deliver impactful, efficient and future forward event builds and these awards reinforce that the work we do matters – not only to our clients, but to the broader events community. Above all, they celebrate the dedication of a team who show up every day with pride, passion and an unwavering commitment to quality.
